We have three large rooms available to hire for private and public use and includes both basic room set up and tea & coffee provision in the shared kitchen space. Catering is also available upon request, as is secretarial, print and copy services. A total cost can be quoted once we understand your full requirements.

Our Meeting Room is available to hire for office use, meetings, training sessions or small group presentations suitable for up to 35 people.
The room is fully equipped for video conferencing and audio visual presentations and Wi-Fi is available on request. Other facilities available include, whiteboard, lectern, laptops, 42" LED LCD screen, kitchen use. Catering can be organised if required, either in house or we have a list of local providers.

Our north facing Training Room is one of our favourites. Adjacent to the kitchen and with external doors leading straight out to the Al Fresco Area, it's perfect for meetings and activities of all sorts.

Art Space
The Art Space is home to the Quairading Creative Arts Society every Tuesday from 10am - 3pm, and is available for arts activities all other hours.
The southern end of the space currently houses the Quairading Community Gym leaving plenty of modern, spacious, air conditioned comfort perfect for workshops, exhibitions and more.
The gym facilities remain open and accessible to gym members during hire of the rest of the space unless closure is requested and approved by the Gym Management Committee ahead of time.
