At Services Australia Access Points (formerly known as Department of Human Services) you can access Medicare, Centrelink and Child Support services by phone or fax.

At an Access Point you can:
have your identity confirmation documents copied and certified for departmental purposes
use the telephone to access the department’s self-service options, claim Medicare rebates, speak to the department or call prospective employers
fax and photocopy documents
access forms and brochures
at some Access Points there is an internet enabled computer where you can search for a job or access a range of Government programs and services.
Please note that the Access Point is a self-help facility with no assistance from staff except for copying and certifying identity confirmation documents. There is no departmental staff present on site.
